As far as I know, it’s the most accessible Dvoretsky book for non masters to pick up. You can also couple Chessable’s books and spaced repetition with for example endgame training on ChessTempo to practice calculation and pattern recognition on fresh positions.
It was improved visualization, improved evaluation of general endgames, and improved analysis ability. Even if you already own Muller’s DVDs, this work will complement and supplement them perfectly. Dvoretsky’s Endgame Manual is on Chessable chessable. I have a big tip for anyone who’s mannual in studying Dvoretsky: The idea of doing Van Perlo’s tactics with spaced repetition seems awesome!
