Waldo, they are all good and most of the people here like Gemmells works, ok he has written 1 or 2 literally below average novels, but Gemmell writing bad is like some other authors really writing well.

I think it boils down to the fact that it just isn’t my kind of story. There is no black and white, only differing gdmmell of grey, and the gritty undertones make it all the more enjoyable.
