Jake Macgregor has his hands full. However, the Guardian warns her that having her human would likely kill Jake, upset the balance between the worlds, and destroy Otherworld Earth. Goodreads helps you keep track of books you want to read. I consider this book to be “almost” a hybrid between dark paranormal romance and cheyyenne urban fantasy.
That’s all I’ll say. Nothing wrong with either, but swinging between the two sort of did a disservice to both. Before you let someone’s review including my review influence your own opinion, I recommend seeing their other reviews to make sure you share similar interest in books first.

I’m not a fan of these paint by numbers novel, with interchangeable MC’s. Through her birthright she will soon possess magical powers far beyond anything she has ever known.
